VCU grad’s local firm, Kalyan Hospitality, buys Graduate by Hilton hotel on Franklin St.

A VCU-area hotel has been picked up by a local firm with a former Ram at its helm. Henrico-based Kalyan Hospitality last week purchased the 205-room Graduate by Hilton hotel at 301 W. Franklin St. for $20.7 million. Kalyan CEO Nick Patel confirmed the deal. Read more at Richmond BizSense HERE
